Miguel Merino (on for Nico Williams 79′) – 8 – Almost a substitute, coming on to provide cover and not really contributing to the game. But then he became a superhero, heading home a cross from Olmo to give Spain an incredible win.
Miguel Oyarzabal (on for Alvaro Morata 79′) – 6 – Didn’t do much as Germany had more possession towards the end, had a couple of chances in extra time but weren’t dangerous enough.
Joselu (on for Fabian Ruiz 103′) – 5 – Came on to add to the attacking attack towards the end of the first half of the 30 minutes of extra time but barely had a touch of the ball. Although he did celebrate big time.
